Biography
British-Canadian pro astrologer, a journalist and data collector and co-author of "Charting Canada." A political enthusiast, she began her career in Ottawa, Canada where she witnessed many political changes in her adopted country. In the 1980s she moved to Washington, DC where she became absorbed in US politics with just as much ardor.
In 1980 she and Brian Clark began working together on their data collection, and, in 1982, "Charting Canada" was published. In 1999, Shelagh released her book "Cycles of the Century". Her co-author Brian Clark remembers her as an avid conversationalist, a spiritually aware astrologer and a great contributor to the field. She died on January 10, 2005, just before her 81st birthday.
