Source Notes
Sy Scholfield quotes him (joking) in "For men, chivalry ends at elevator door" by Aaron Karo, Chicago Tribune, 6 Oct. 2004, p. 54: "How come babies are never born in the afternoon? Every time I hear that someone had a kid, it's always at like four in the morning. I mean, I was born at 8:10 a.m., and I haven't gotten up that early since;" and on Twitter: "btw on my birthday on Wednesday [18 June] I want a solo shout not a group tweet" (posted Sunday 15 June 2014) [1], "I would like my tombstone to read: 'Born in 1979. Passed for a Millennial'" [2], "Back in my hometown, PLAINVIEW" [3].
