Biography

French criminal, sentenced on 27 October 2000 to life imprisonment (twenty-two years) for the abduction, kidnapping, rape and murder of four young women aged 16 to 20 years on the night of 11-12 February 1997. His younger brother and accomplice, Jean-Louis Jourdain, was sentenced to twenty years in prison. The pair were dubbed by the media "les frères siamois de l'horreur" ("the Siamese twins of horror") and "les monstres du Boulonnais" ("the monsters of Boulogne)."
