Biography
French industrialist, traveller, and connoisseur, son of Jean-Baptiste. He succeeded his father in the direction of his "Artificial ultramarine" factory. He founded the "Musée Guimet", first located in Lyon and then transfered to Paris (widely known for its collection of Chinese and Japanese porcelain).
