Biography

French criminal, a murderer who was sentenced to death and executed, becoming the last woman guillotined in France.

Wishing to start a new life with her lover, Raymond Boulissière, she killed her husband, Albert Leloy, with an axe on 10 December 1947 in Baugé. She confessed the crime the next day. Raymond was sentenced to twenty years hard labor.

Sentenced to death on 26 November 1948, she was executed in Angers on 21 April 1949 at 5:50 a.m.
