Italian mathematician who mainly focused on analysis, showing particular interest in applications. He studied, among other things, various arguments of theory of ordinary differential equations and partial derivatives, and quadrature formulas, on which he published an important text. During his years of teaching in Turin, he devoted himself to the methods for analyzing electric circuits and their rigorous mathematical foundations.
He died in Turin on 2 December 1992, aged 84.
