Polish colonel of infantry in the Polish Army of the Second Polish Republic and the Polish Armed Forces, head of the Second Department of the Staff of the Supreme Commander, appointed brigadier general in 1964 by the authorities emigration.
For his service during World War II, he was awarded, among others with the golden Cross of Merit with Swords, three times with the Army Medal, as well as the Order of the British Empire, 3rd class. He also had Finnish, Czechoslovak, French and American decorations.
He died on 5 July 1968 in Casablanca.
