Biography
French figure skater, fashion designer and publisher. In the 1940s, she was French champion in figure skating three times. In 1953, she became fashion designer for Prisunic, a chain of budget price shops owned by Magasins du Printemps, later by Monoprix. She created the "style Prisu" which incarnated the transformation of France into a consumer society with budget price fashion beauty - a kind of precursor of H&M.
