Biography

French polytechnicien and hydrographic engineer of the French Navy who participated in numerous hydrographic campaigns on the French coasts and its colonies. Louis Favé was also the designer of numerous hydrographic and geodetic precision instruments.

He died on 30 July 1922, aged 69.
