On July 11, 1966, the new relationship game show of Chuck Barris Productions was aired, "The Newlywed Game", with Eubanks as host. It quickly became the prime-time show, and was ranked among the top three daytime game shows from October 1968 until April 1973. After the show ended in 1976, Eubanks was hired to host Columbia Television game show "The Diamond Head Game", and then ABC's game show "Rhyme and Reason".

In 1972, he entered the country music business, as the manager of such names as are Dolly Parton, BarbaraMandrell and Marty Robbins. His own production company then hosted "All Star Secrets" show on NBC from January 1979. Some of the other television shows that his company produced include "The Tony Tennille Show," Buddy Hackett's "You Bet Your Life," "The Guinness Game" and "Infatuation."

During the 1980's and 1990's, Eubanks hosted game shows "Dream House" (NBC, during 1983/1984), "Trivia Trap" (ABC, 1984/1985) "Card Sharks" (CBS, 1986-1989), "Family Secrets" (NBC), among others.

Celebrating the 20th anniversary as host of the "Tournament of Roses New Year's Day Parade", for Tribune Broadcasting, Eubanks received a fifty-nine share, making it the largest rating ever of any television show in the Los Angeles area, including the Super Bowl and the Academy Awards.
