Source Notes

Sy Scholfield quotes him in "Olabiyi Durojaiye: The battle that almost took my life," The Sun, 7 June 2014: "Born in 1933 at Ojowo Quarters in Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State, Senator Olabiyi Durojaiye has lots of stories to tell. His mother at the age of 25 bore his pregnancy for 13 months. . . . It was then that the presiding officer made up his mind that the court must sit on February 8, 1933 to give final judgment on the case. But at 5:30am on the fateful day, I was born." http://sunnewsonline.com/new/?p=66718
