Biography
American writer, the author of a noted metaphysical text, "The Aquarian Gospel." He wrote every night between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM, "the absolutely tranquil hours."
Dowling started preaching when he was 16 and within two years, was the pastor of a small church. He studied at Northwestern University in Indianapolis, 1866-67.
Dowling died 08/13/1911.
