Biography

Jewish Rabbi and astrologer, the author of "To Rule Both Day And Night, Astrology in the Bible, Midrash and Talmud," 1977. A graduate of Princeton and ordained in the Hebrew Union College, Jewish Institute of Religion, he took his place as Rabbi of a New York congregation. Dobin is also a member of NCGR and of Sigma Psi, the National Honors Society for Scientists. He has a fluent knowledge of Hebrew, Aramaic and the Jewish wisdom traditions and studied for 20 years to prepare his impressive book.
