Spanish poet, novelist, playwright, theater critic, historian and journalist. Deputy for Velez-Malaga and Torrox. Vice president and president of the council of Malaga. Interim Civil Governor of Malaga and Vice Chancellor of Liberal Circle. He directed the newspaper noon and magazine Ateneo and was a member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in San Luis de Zaragoza and the Royal Academy of Language.

He died on 4 May 1935.
