Biography

Belgian politician, a member of the Socialist Party and the last governor of the province of Brabant.

He had a doctorate in law, a licence in political and diplomatic sciences and a licence in insurance law (ULB); and was president of the ULB board (1980-1986).

He died on 19 May 2014 at age 83.
