Biography

American country rapper and songwriter, and a member of the MuzikMafia, an aggregation of country music singer-songwriters whose membership also includes Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson and James Otto. He has released four studio albums and one EP, including two releases on Warner Bros. Records, and has charted twice on the Billboard country singles charts.

Troy and his wife Laura were married in 2003. They have triplets.

Cowboy Troy performed at the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a self-described black conservative and a member of the Republican Party who supported Senator John McCain in the 2008 U.S. presidential election.
