Biography
American entrepreneur and restaurateur he is the co-founder of Boston Market, a US food and restaurant chain. In December 1985 the pair opened Boston Chicken, a restaurant take-out business that grew into a national chain. In 1993, the company went public, and Cores and Kolow became major shareholders. Both eventually sold their shares and the chain, now called Boston Market has seen its shares of financial ups and downs. In 2003, Cores was diagnosed with cancer.
