Primo Carnera (1933)


Italian world heavyweight boxing champ 1933-1934 who was nicknamed the "Ambling Alp." He won more fights by knockout than any other heavyweight champion in boxing history. He later took up acting and wrestling. Carnera died in Sequals, Italy at 10:57 AM on 29 June 1967 of complications from diabetes and liver disease. He was 60.
