Biography
French painter, who counted some years to the "Fauves",a new painter group.Contacts with Matisse, Cézanne and Renoir.He also exposed in the"Exposition of autumn" of "independent" artists.In his best time he didn't exaggerate with colours but rather tried to be sensual the way he characterized his persons. Camoin who had married 1920 Charlotte Prost got officer of the "Légion d'Honneur".He died 20 may 1965 in Paris.
