Spanish lawyer, journalist, writer, professor, politician and diplomat. He studied Law and Philosophy at the University of Madrid. In the sixties he opened a law office in Madrid, which had some success. In his work as a journalist include articles in "Iberia", "The American" and "El Universal" and directing "The Democrat". As a writer, also we edited the book that now we have an interesting monograph ("The Hispanic-Lusitanian theater in the nineteenth century. Critical Notes"). He was also a professor at the Free Institution of Education, whose school he was director in the seventies. In politics, aligned with the Democrats, he was a deputy in the Cortes of 1869 and that activity answer many of his articles and a book in 1872: "Conservatives in the bar political study.". As a diplomat, he was cultural attache from the embassy in Lisbon.
He died in 1880.
