French Catholic bishop, the titular bishop of Bononia and coadjutor of Evreux from 1962 to 1964, then Bishop of Evreux from 1964 to 1972, and Bishop Emeritus of Evreux from 1972 to 1994.

He died on 5 February 1994 at Regnéville-sur-Mer (Manche), France.
