Biography

German SS functionary during the Nazi era, the chief of the SS Court Main Office (Hauptamt SS-Gericht) from August 1942 until April 1945. Breithaupt was murdered by his SS aide Karl Lang on on 29 April 1945 just prior to the end of the war in Europe.
