Biography
German expressionist painter and graphic artist known for his Magazine illustrations, book titles, prints, drawings and oil and watercolour paintings. Brass first developed a unique style influenced by Cubism and Futurism and later by Expressionism. Hans Brass died on 30 May 1959 in Berlin at age 73.
