Marthe Brandès


French stage actress, known for playing 'grandes amoureuses' and 'femmes fatales.' She made her debut at the Théâtre du Vaudeville, then had a career at the Comédie-Française from 1896. She also played the Renaissance theatre and the theatre Porte-Saint-Martin.

She died in Paris at 6 PM on 27 April 1930, aged 68.
