Biography
Belgian wife of Martin Benzen, the administrative director of a Jewish orphanage. On 23 August 1944, as Mother Superior of the convent of Lasnea, Sister Louise-Marie agreed to host several dozen children from this orphanage for the night. Benzen and Bourguignon then took the children to other hiding places organized by the Resistance.
