Biography
French professional soccer player who competed in France with Nice and Stade Français, and in Italy with Inter Milan, Bologna, Torino and Vicenza. He played for the France national team in the 1958 FIFA World Cup.
In 1952, he was transferred from Nice to Inter Milan for a fee of around 30 million francs.
Antoine Bonifaci died on 29 December 2021 at age 90 in Villefranche-sur-mer. The football stadium of Villefranche-sur-Mer bears his name.
