Italian neurologist and psychiatrist who devoted himself to the study of neurology, especially encephalitis and progressive paralysis, which is secondary to syphilis and dementia of the presenile age. He also worked in the legislative field for reform of the treatment and assistance methods of psychiatric patients.
He died in Rome on 6 July 1966, aged 83.
