Biography
American level III sex offender, arrested and ordered held without bail on January 16, 2004 in connection with the double murder of Joanne Presti and her daughter in her Woburn, MA home. A stocky man, 5 feet 6 and weighing 210 pounds, he was convicted of raping a child in March 1989, according to the state's registry of sexual offenders. Bizanowicz faces two counts of murder and an aggravated rape charge. Bizanowicz had registered as a sex offender in the summer of 2002 but somehow his file had not been properly processed and his neighbors had not been made aware of his status.
