Biography
Canadian member of a noted family, a half-sister of pop singer Justin Bieber, born to Justin's father Jeremy Jack Bieber and his wife Chelsey Rebelo.
Bay is the second child for Rebelo, who also has an 11-year-old daughter, Allie, and the fourth for Jeremy Bieber, including Jaxon, 8, Jazmyn, 10, and Justin, 24.
