Biography
French history professor and editor. Though he was an intellectual, he became an underground leader during the war. He had never held political office before becoming the Foreign Minister of France in 9/1944, the second highest public office in the country.
Died on 1/27/1983 in Cambo-les-Bains, France, near Bayonne
