Biography
French politician and physician, and son of doctor and councilor Henry Bichat. He served as general councilor of the canton of Lunéville-North from 1949 to 1979, mayor of Lunéville from 1965 to 1971, and deputy of Lunévillois from 1967 to 1978. He died on 29 June 2003, aged 94, in Lunéville, France.
