Biography

Finnish-born theater director, she founded the Student Theatre in Helsinki in 1939 and the Little Theatre there in 1955 where she held the post of director until 1967. She headed up the New Theater in Oslo for two years, from 1967-1969. From 1969-1980 she was in charge of the Stockholm City Theater.
