Biography

Belgian businessman, the president since 1973 of Veeweyde (the largest animal welfare society in Belgium), which is funded mainly by donations. He was suspected of irregularities and embezzlement in the course of his duties and charged in October 2000. He married on 5 January 1946. Bajart died on 19 December 2001 in Nice, France, aged 82.
