Biography
French military doctor and politician, who was Secretary General for Health from 7 September 1941 to 17 December 1943 in the Darlan Government. After the Liberation, he was appointed Secretary-General of the Pasteur Institute from 1946 to 1966, and elected as a member of the National Academy of Medicine in 1956.
He died in Paris on 4 April 1981.
