Biography

French radio and TV presenter and food critic who started her career as a photographer for the newspaper France Soir.

Andrieu was born to actress Nicole Courcel aka Andrieu and to Michel Villeneau (young married man) who abandoned Nicole during her pregnancy. Julie, who met her father at the age of 6, lived for a year at chef Jean-Pierre Coffe's home, who was a close friend, with her mother. A the end of his teenage years, she spent an initiatory journey in India.

She has a half-brother and a half-sister from her father's side. She is also the cousin of writer Marc Levy and actress Cathy Andrieu. But Julie herself never wanted to play and when Harvey Weinstein contacted her, she refused his proposal.

She married neurosurgeon Stéphane Delajoux in 2010 and they have two children.
