Biography
American military man, appointed rear admiral on 1 March 1969. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, a Gold Star in lieu of the Second Bronze Star and the Navy Commendation Medal for outstanding service during World War II. He died at Rockville, Maryland on 1 August 1999, aged 83.
