Biography

American sportscaster and public address announcer specializing in Thoroughbred horse racing. He was one of American sports' most famous PA voices, and remains among its most revered race callers.

Anderson died of a heart attack on 24 March 1979, aged 47, at his home in Commack, New York, on Long Island.
