Biography
Film actor, wrestler, cartoonist and writer from Costa Rica who worked in Mexico during the so called Golden Age of Mexican cinema. He appeared in 90 films between 1937 and 1983, including two films screened at the Cannes Film Festival. He also starred in the movie that started the so-called genre of "Luchadores" (Fighters), La bestia magnífica (The magnificent beast) in 1953. He died on January 30, 1984 from cardiovascular complications.
