Mexican politician and lawyer, founder member of the National Revolutionary Party, Hoy Pri. His father was a collaborator of the Superior Court. Altamirano Flores was a rural teacher, studies of lawyer and one of the organizers and leaders of major labor centers and peasants after the Mexican Revolution Mexico. He sympathized with the radical groups of the Casa del Obrero Mundial. Being deputy, publicly he supported the re-election of Alvaro Obregon accompanying him on his tour of the states next to Aurelio Manrique and Antonio Diaz Soto y Gama He become very close to Plutarco Elias Calles. In 1929 he was founder and first manager of the state-owned newspaper 'The National'. When the Communist persecution of 1929, Altamirano Flores Streets advised to decrease it, opting for dialogue, which he took with leaders of the Mexican Communist Party (PCM). It was a proposal of Manlius, that Article 3 of the Mexican Constitution was amended to replace secular education, for socialist. In late 1935 it adheres to the cause of General Lazaro Cardenas del Rio. He brought radical socialist education of General Lazaro Cardenas del Rio, which were presented in its six-year plan ideas. He was elected senator of the Republic by the state of Veracruz in 1934. Since elected governor of Veracruz, was murdered at the Café de Tacuba in Mexico City on 25 June 1936 when he was having dinner with his wife, who also died by an unknown man who escaped.
