Biography
French serial killer arrested in Paris September 1997, charged with six counts ofl murder and five rapes. He was suspected of many others. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on February 21, 2002. In mid- 2003 news reports alleged that several Toulouse city officials ordered some of the killings in order to cover up their participation in sado-masochistic orgies reportedly organized by Alegre.
