Once upon a recent dark episode I remember the echo of a teacher that a good exploration of what is in my shadow might merit exploration. I'm through my first read of this self exile expose sin report and wow is this ever a shadow exploration. Knock em sock deadly indeed. ... This report is a must for anyone on the evolutionary path maturing their road of self discovery.
As I was starting to read The Seven Sins by Liz Greene, I had a thought run across my mind, which I acted on, to write down on a piece of paper and pen, all the particulars, the warnings, the advice that I was given. When I was near the end of my Report, it dawned on me, that I have been given a road map to follow for the rest of my life. I was gobsmacked and at the same time in an attitude of gratefulness that this had fallen into my lap. It is so good and accurate. Thank you Liz Greene.
This in-depth report touches deep psychological areas and turns the mind's eye inward to contemplate one's destiny, suggesting practical ways to co-creatively engage with it. I want to echo what other reviewers have said: it's healing, empowering, validating...an alchemical journey indeed!
At the first reading, I noticed my resistance to the insights being offered. It was only on the second, slower reading that I began making connections. The accuracy at times was stunning! I highlighted many significant passages, as my life's issues and patterns began to make sense. I will be rereading it yet again, as there is so much to unpack.
I will turn 70 this year and can only wish I had had this report years ago...but of course it is probably only now that I can truly appreciate it! Thank you for this, insightful, complex and empowering report that encourages the sacred journey into the Self.
I want to applaud Liz Greene and Alois Treindl for this wonderful report. Perhaps the most challenging aspect of active imagination and as I call it shadow work, is getting a clear and fearless look into the depths and the mirror there. it is truly a frightening stage in maturation and very difficult.
Now this report appears to me a most excellent key to unlock that door without too much defensive uproar of the conscious mind.
I marvel at the accuracy and depth I encountered and forwarded the recommendation to all my family people who are busily working away at this difficult part of the psychic adventure - how to see what is unbearable in way that it can heal it.
Subjectively, I felt understood in the sense of validated and empowered. I was even willing to let family friends read it if they wanted to consider its merits for their own use and purchase.
