This short extract gives you a taste of the personal "Child's Horoscope" by Liz Greene. The small samples taken from various chapters convey an impression of the complete horoscope (18-25 pages) which can be ordered as an E-Horoscope or a bound book in the AstroShop. Most parents long to provide their children with the best they can offer on every level. But what is "the best"? The birth horoscope of a child is a map of patterns and potentials which exist in that child from the moment of birth. Encouragement of these potentials in childhood can help a child to develop greater confidence and hope for a future which is more authentically his or her own, so that greater happiness and fulfillment are possible later in life.
II. Your Child's Psychological Type
In this concise chapter Liz Greene describes the child's general temperament and her characteristic approach to life. The rich array of individual abilities and potentials portrayed in Kristi's birth horoscope is set against the background of an inherent temperament bias which may be partly hereditary but is also the reflection of a mysterious essence which belongs to her alone. This mysterious "something" is already at work within Kristi, helping her to develop her personality along the lines which are healthiest and most natural to her.
[..] Consequently you may find that, as she grows, she displays a certain carelessness or even messiness in her relationship to objects and possessions. Absent-mindedness over domestic responsibilities and school tasks may also be displayed as she gets older and moves out into [...]

[..] Kristi also has a profound sense of what is fair and right, and will not hesitate to make her views and feelings known if she senses injustice taking place around her. She might organise other children to challenge the class bully, or might protest to the teacher about [...]
[..] Although she needs love and appreciation as every child does, she may find it difficult to accept this love if she sees someone else being shortchanged or manipulated. Kristi may regularly confront parents if she believes they are being unjust not just to her, but to [...]
[..] Her lively and gifted mind needs time for reflection as well as for group interchange, and she will not be able to express her individual potentials if she does not have the privacy to discover and develop her own talents and ideas. Yet she dislikes any feeling of animosity [...]
IV. Emotional Needs and Patterns in Relationships
This chapter contains valuable information on the child's basic needs and the relationship with her parents. The complete horoscope covers this chapter on 5-6 pages.Every child has particular ways in which he or she experiences and seeks emotional contact with others, and this may not always accord with other, more dominant personality traits.
[..] For this reason she may form important friendships with handicapped, underprivileged or scapegoated children, preferring this more complex interaction to more conventional and superficial contacts that fail to touch her sympathetic heart. Kristi's gentle and empathetic emotional [...]
[..] Kristi nevertheless looks to her mother for many deeper values which will emerge when she grows up through her sense of responsibility toward family, work and society. To Kristi her mother is a person strong in principles and practical wisdom, who can help her daughter [...]
