This short extract gives you a taste of the personal "Child's Horoscope" by Liz Greene. The small samples taken from various chapters convey an impression of the complete horoscope (18-25 pages) which can be ordered as an E-Horoscope or a bound book in the AstroShop. Most parents long to provide their children with the best they can offer on every level. But what is "the best"? The birth horoscope of a child is a map of patterns and potentials which exist in that child from the moment of birth. Encouragement of these potentials in childhood can help a child to develop greater confidence and hope for a future which is more authentically his or her own, so that greater happiness and fulfillment are possible later in life.
II. Your Child's Psychological Type
In this concise chapter Liz Greene describes the child's general temperament and his characteristic approach to life. The rich array of individual abilities and potentials portrayed in David's birth horoscope is set against the background of an inherent temperament bias which may be partly hereditary but is also the reflection of a mysterious essence which belongs to him alone. This mysterious "something" is already at work within David, helping him to develop his personality along the lines which are healthiest and most natural to him.

[..] David has a long memory and can develop passionate attachments which may seem silly to parents or family members why, for example, hang on to a ragged and decrepit teddy-bear when a nice new one would be so much better, or when he "should" have outgrown such things? But [...]
[..] Give him a small task and plenty of practical instructions, and then leave him alone to get on with it. Later on he will present you with a task beautifully done. His apparent diffidence does not reflect a weak or timid nature it springs from a practical wisdom which [...]
In contrast to David's innately cautious and sensible nature, there is a rebellious and unconventional spirit hidden within him which may break out from time to time and surprise everyone not least David himself. When this happens he has the knack of sowing chaos around [...]
IV. Emotional Needs and Patterns in Relationships
This chapter contains valuable information on the child's basic needs and the relationship with his parents. The complete horoscope covers this chapter on 5-6 pages.Every child has particular ways in which he or she experiences and seeks emotional contact with others, and this may not always accord with other, more dominant personality traits.
[..] He wants to be certain that loved ones will be the same today as they were yesterday, and that if others get angry or behave in an unpredictable fashion they will be able to provide an explanation and life can go back to what it was before the crisis. The importance of [...]
David's image of his father is primarily a sensitive and poetic one a portrayal of man as artist, visionary and mystic. Even if David's father feels anything but artistic or mystical, nevertheless the son attaches some sense of romantic mystery to his father and a great [...]
