Monika Zehrt (1972)


German athlete (East Germany). Sprinter, she won a gold medal in the individual 400m and a gold with the 4X400m German relay at the 1972 Munich Olympics. She succeeded to French Colette Besson, winner at the 1968 Mexico Olympics.

It was the time when the communist regime used sport (and feminine doping) for propaganda.

Married to "Herr Landgraf".
