British astrologer and musician named David Cope, using the pseudonym Agar Zariel. Author of "The Horoscope Revised," bound with Sepharial's "Prognostications Based on the Ruling Sign" and published by Modern Astrology. Cope moved to Australia in the 1890s, where he died on 7/14/1934, Melbourne.
