American sportswoman; this champion horsewoman died December 28, 1997 in Wilmington, DE of injuries suffered in a fall during the Fair Hill, MD horse trials on September 20, 1997. Warrington was a candidate for the Olympic equestrian team; in 1996, she won the US advanced national championship when she competed with the US Equestrian Team at Blenheim Castle in England.
