American basketball coach, leading the Orlando Magic (1993–1997, 2005–2007) and the Vancouver Grizzlies (1997–1999).

He was first hired as an assistant coach for the Magic in 1990 and moving up to head coach in 1993.

He won the Eastern Conference Championship in 1995 and Division Champions in 1996. He was fired by the Magic in February 1997. Four months later he was hired as the head coach of the Vancouver Grizzlies but was fired again after only a few seasons. In July 2001 he was hired as an assistant coach for the Charlotte Hornets. He was re-hired to coach the Magic in 2005, serving two years.

Brian's brother is Fred Hill, head baseball coach with Rutgers University.
