Aviation: First flight

American airplane flight as first attempted by the Wright Brothers on Kill Devil Hill, a flight that lasted a matter of seconds.

Orville and Wilbur Wright had built an aircraft and they tossed a coin as to which of them would take the test flight. Orville won the toss and he piloted the first flight of 120 feet for 12 seconds on 12/17/1902.
