Biography
American scriptwriter and film producer in the '50s and '60s. Noted for his TV series "Father Knows Best" and "One Step Beyond," his films included: "The Hitch-Hiker," 1953, "The Bigamist," 1954 and "Mad at the World" in 1955.
Known as a charming gentleman, his several wives included actresses Ida Lupino and Joan Fontaine. Young died in 1981.
