Biography
American clairvoyant who, along with her husband, Ed Warren, the most famous demonologist in the country, formed a paranormal investigation team. One of the most famous cases that they ever worked involved the house in the Amityville, NY horror. On 5/02/1985, a "National Enquirer" article also told of a bizarre case of paranormal investigation of demonic possession which began on 2/22/1985 and lasted for six weeks. Yet another article, which came from the May/June 1985 issue of "Fate," concerns a case which the Warrens worked on in 1974 at Bridgeport, Connecticut.
A book about them has been written by Gerard Brittle entitled "The Demonologist: The Extraordinary Career of Ed and Lorraine Warren." It is a book-length interview with them that was published in 1980 in which they relate their most dramatic encounters with demons and poltergeists.
